1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using https://puznix.com/ (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. About the Service

Puznix is an online puzzle game. Difficulty may increase as you progress through levels. We may add, remove, or change features at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a contract where you live. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful in your jurisdiction.

4. Phone Number and Access Verification

Some features (including paid access) may require a phone number for purchase verification and anti-fraud checks. You agree to provide accurate information.

5. Paid Access (NOT Auto-Renewing)

A. One-Time Purchase, Time-Limited Access

Puznix is offered via one-time payments that grant time-limited access ("Paid Access"). After your Paid Access expires, you must manually purchase again to continue playing.

B. No Automatic Renewal

We do not automatically renew or automatically charge you. You will only be charged when you actively initiate a new purchase.

C. Example Pricing

In some markets, we may offer Paid Access priced at PHP 10 per day (or equivalent). Prices, taxes, and carrier/operator conditions may vary and will be shown before you confirm payment.

D. Carrier Billing / Operator Terms

If you pay via carrier billing, your mobile operator may apply additional fees or conditions. You are responsible for understanding your operator's terms.

6. Expiration and Repurchase

Paid Access ends at the time shown at purchase/confirmation (or as indicated in the Service). If you want to continue playing after expiration, you must repurchase Paid Access.

7. Loyalty Program, Prizes, and Rewards (Important)

We may offer a loyalty or rewards program that can include physical prizes, phone credit rewards, or other promotional benefits.

• No guarantee: rewards are not guaranteed and depend on eligibility rules, verification, availability, and anti-fraud checks.
• Rewards may be changed, substituted, paused, or discontinued at any time.
• Rewards may be unavailable where prohibited by law/operator rules.
• We may withhold or revoke rewards in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, automation, or rule violations.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, automation, exploits, or cheating methods;
• Circumvent access controls;
• Interfere with security features, servers, or other users' experience;
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, text, images, logos, and game mechanics, is owned by Galaxioid or its licensors and protected by law.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes during your Paid Access period.

10. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated at checkout.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galaxioid will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits/data arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for Paid Access in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim (or the minimum amount required by law, if greater).

13. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms. If changes are material, we will post the updated Terms with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
